MiX Telematics revamp Sibongile Creche

We feel so much love for the MiX Telematics​ team who worked together in record time to paint the entire Sibongile Crèche in Kayamandi! Over 50 MiX Telematics International​ staff members spent spring day having loads of fun splashing a new coat of paint over the entire center as well as connecting with each other and the Kayamandi community ❤️ The MiX Telematics team contacted the Call 2 Care team in order to treat their employees to a CSR program that would leave their team feeling positively charged while making a sustainable difference to a community close to the office.

The Call 2 Care team prepared for the event by repairing the center's walls, filling gaps, repairing ceilings and priming the building so that the MiX Team were able to step out of the office for a 2 - 3 hour event in order to make magic happen.

Sibongile Crèche is an Early Childhood Development Center located in the Kayamandi township community. The crèche forms part of the Women and Children Development Initiative of Kayamandi that provides trauma counseling, empowerment and nutritional care to the women that need it most. Despite the limited resources and shocking infrastructure available, the center strives to make a difference by providing free day care services to women who are actively in search of employment to support their family.
