This Arbour Day, we partnered with the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) to gift 250 beautiful Spekboom Tubes to their staff. While CTICC propagated their own Spekboom, we were proud to package them into our signature Spekboom Tubes, a special symbol of sustainability and care for our environment.
At Call 2 Care, our Spekboom Tubes hold a deeper meaning. They are not just a gift; they represent the power of community and environmental stewardship. In 2019, we started Gogos Garden in Gugulethu, a community food garden run by a group of elderly women who use this space to grow fresh produce and provide for their community. Today, this garden not only supplies fresh, healthy food to the people of Gugulethu but is also a trusted supplier of Backyard Farms.
